Odds Are in Manny's Favor

Pacquiao is nearly a 3 1/2 to 1 favorite over Cotto.
In press materials available to media for the "Firepower" card between Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto, the MGM Grand gives its sports book odds.
MGM likes Manny, big time.
Pound-for-pound champion Manny Pacquiao is listed at -350. In layman's terms, that means a gambler would have to bet $350 just to make $100 in winnings, making him a nearly-three-and-a-half to one favorite over the Puerto Rican welterweight champion.
Should Cotto pull off the upset, a gambler who puts $100 on Cotto makes $270 on his win.
The over/under prop bet is 10 rounds, meaning oddsmakers are sensing a knockout at some point. The longshot is a Cotto knockout in the first two rounds, which will score a bettor 40 to 1 odds.
