Adamek is Heading Back to the Ring as a Heavyweight

Tomasz Adamek is heading back to the ring as a heavyweight. After demolishing the badly faded Andrew Golota last month in Poland, Adamek is returning at a higher weight. The fight will take place February 6, 2010 at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. According to his promoter Kathy Duva, the weight class makes sense:
"He wants to fight at heavyweight again...he was comfortable at the weight [214 pound] and he wanted to try it again."
Adamek, who currently resides in Jersey City, N.J., will announce his opponent at a later date. After the February bout, Adamek soon wants to challenge new WBA champion, David Haye, who is similar in size.
