Tyson and Photographer May Face Assault Charges
Posted by Matt Knowles on 11.17.2009

According to multiple sources, both Mike Tyson and Tony Echeverria (the photographer that was involved in the incident) may be facing assault charges stemming from their recent encounter at LAX.

The potential charge is for misdemeanor battery, and each man may end up serving a maximum 6-month incarceration. Tyson, however, may have in fact violated the terms of his probation, stemming from a drug incident in Arizona back in 2007. If this is deemed to be the case, and he is found guilty of the assault charge, then Tyson's sentence could be considerably larger.

Stay tuned for further developments.
