Mayweather didn't mind a $600K penalty against Marquez
According to Fightnews, Manny Pacquiao is demanding that a $10 million penalty be assessed for every pound over the 147-pound limit for his fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. The report says that Pacquiao made this known via his lawyer Franklin Gacal who reiterated that this would apply to both fighters.

However dubious the whole weight issue was in the Mayweather-Marquez fight, I don't think Floyd would have any issues making 147 for the Pacquiao fight. That said, still a smart move on Pacquiao's part.

Great move. If Mayweather wants to run his mouth about PEDs, then Manny has every right to call him out on the weight.

Yes, I think this is a very smart decision. I should have done the same.
