LA City Attorney rejects case...
Mike Tyson won't be prosecuted for his altercation with a photographer at LAX a few weeks back in which he punched the man. The LA City Attorney has rejected the case, citing "insufficient evidence."
"The City Attorney's office made the right decision given the harassing conduct of the paparazzo," said Tyson's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.
Tyson was originally arrested for battery last month following the altercation. Tyson has claimed that the photog was harassing him, his wife, and his child.
It's about time the paparazzi get what they deserve. I know the people are public figures but even they need some normalcy in their lives.

Thank God for this. Tyson is a freakin legend and just like amusing comments said `he`ll eat your kids` - co-sign. He won't eat them, he`ll DEVOUR them and spit the bones out.

Good- these paparazzi douchebags have far too many rights as far as invading peoples privacy or just violating personal space of another human. Next time, I hope Tyson gets acquitted for uppercutting one of them and pushing the bone into the brain in the nasal cavity.
