He's been released...
UPDATE 4:TMZ is reporting that Mayweather has been released from Clark County jail and left in a Maybach. He had no comment on his arrest. You can check out the video of his release here.
UPDATE 3: The Las Vegas Metro Police Department is pushing for Floyd Mayweather Jr. to also be charged with domestic violence. He is already being charged with grand larceny. Mayweather surrendered to the LVMPD this morning after a domestic incident with his baby mama Josie Harris. He was then booked on one count of felony grand larceny. The D.A. will now "evaluate the evidence in this case to determine the appropriateness of [the domestic violence] charge."

No PED testing demands, in fact Mayweather will be required to take daily sanity tests for 1 year prior to the fight plus random crack testing since he and family have drug use or drug dealing history.
