411 Boxing Feedback: Is Tyson In The Right?

Mike Tyson has had a lot of courtroom appearances in his career, but the newest one may actually have him being in the right. Tyson is being sued for $115 million by boxing "Iron" Mike Landrum, who claims that he held the trademark to the "Iron" nickname as it pertains to boxing. Tyson's legal team has filed paperwork seeking a dismissal because, among other things, they say no one would be likely to confused the 58 year-old Landrum with "one of the most famous (if not the most famous) and recognizable boxer in history." Of course, at issue is whether he stole it before he was such, which may have been the case. So the question is this:
