Jose Antonio Aguirre Set to Face Gilberto Keb Baas

Former WBC strawweight world champion Jose Antonio Aguirre continues his comeback and is set to challenge WBC light flyweight world champion Mexican "Cinderella Man" Gilberto Keb Baas. Aguirre, who made 10 successful defenses of his strawweight title when he held it, made his comeback when he knocked out Javier Roman in five rounds in August.

Keb Baas won the title when he defeated Omar Niño in the "Upset of the Year," back in November. Aguirre (37-9-1, 23KO) is said to be perfect physical condition and was medically approved to fight champion Keb.
