Developers and eclectic hard-rockers collaborate to celebrate the new Dwarf Slayer Career
In the "strange but true" category, the developers behind Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning recently penned a song with a little help from Eric Bloom and Richie Castellano, members of Blue Oyster Cult. Song commemorates the launch of the new Dwarf Slayer career in WAR, and is aptly titled "Kiss My Axe (While I Drink My Beer)."
"We thought long and hard about how to properly tell gamers what the Dwarf Slayer is all about," said the MMO's Senior Creative Director, Paul Barnett. Apparently, a collaboration with Bloom (an avid WAR fan) and Castellano was the obvious solution. The results of the unlikely paring can be heard here
