A new animated mini-series joins the G.I. Joe franchise.
Hasbro has announced today that G.I. Joe: Resolute, an animated mini-series, will be broadcasting via Adult Swim as well as online. It's an entire hour of all-new content, which will be delivered in 11 episodes: ten 5-minute episodes and one 10-minute finale.
All of the 5-minute episodes will be available online, but the finale will not be available until after April 25, when the finale airs on Adult Swim at midnight. Not only will all episodes be broadcast during this time, but it will be the first time fans can see the finale.
G.I. Joe: Resolute is not affiliated with the upcoming video game from EA. To learn more about G.I. Joe: Resolute go here.

I was a big GI Joe as a kid in the 80's. Had all the toys I could harass my parents and other relatives to buy. Loved the cartoon too! Especially when they aired the specials first. I just hope they do not screw my childhood memories with crap.

As long as Star Wars is back next Saturday, I'm cool with it and I think it be nice to relive some childhood memories even though Robot Chicken has already helped with that a couple times.
