Microsoft investigates how and why copies where sold in France
Microsoft is currently investigating a small breach in distribution that happened in France several days ago. The company is investigating accounts that have activity relating to Halo 3:ODST and trying to estimate the exact number that managed to get out.
Executives say they will not be banning consumers from Xbox Live who legitimately purchased a copy early.
