Super Street Fighter IV Bringing Back The Classics, Plus Some New Features
Posted by Todd Vote on 11.04.2009

According to 1up.com, Capcom will be bringing back something to the new version of Street Fighter that they haven't included for the last ten years, bonus rounds. The bonus rounds will be available for both Arcade Mode, and Challenge Mode. The two bonus rounds revealed thus far are classics from Street Fighter II. The first has players breaking barrels as they tumble towards you. The second, and far more familiar bonus round that has been announced is... well just watch this:

In addition to the above announcement, Capcom has also let the cat out of the bag on some other goodies to be featured in the new game:

- A Replay Channel that lets you voice-chat with other users while watching videos and gives you a chance to save replays locally to hard disc.

- Endless Battle, a new "winner's outs"-style tournament mode for up to eight players.

- Team Battle, a group-based tournament that allows teams of two or four to compete against each other.

Be sure to check it all out when Super Street Fighter IV launches in March of 2010.
