Resident Evil 5 Alternative Edition To Be Released As DLC
Posted by Ashish on 11.09.2009

Resident Evil 5 Alternative Edition will make its way to North America as DLC. The remixed game will hit the PS3 and Xbox 360 in Spring 2010. Those that have Resident Evil 5 will be good to go in Spring 2010 when the new adventures are available. Capcom also teased that some other things that they haven't yet revealed will also be released.

Thank you Capcom for making a very sensible decision. In the day and age of downloadable content. I really appreciate not having to rebuy the same game when I can purchase the new features as add on content. I hope this is successful and more companies take notice.

That's all well and nice, but these assholes on console this generation should take notes from the likes of Namco and Valve; free dlc, the way it's supposed to be. I already bought the damn game, why should I have to buy it again?
