Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days Releasing in August

Game features three new multiplayer modes.
GameSpot review scandal aside, Kane & Lynch wasn't a bad game.
Today, the sequel, Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days, was announced to be out in August. North America will have it Aug. 24, while all PAL territories will have it on Aug. 27.
"We believe the unique visuals and relentless gameplay has created an intensity never delivered in a videogame before," said Niels Jørgensen, general manager of IO Interactive. "In a genre where so many games look and feel the same, Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days will make people double-take. We think it's going to make quite an impression."
The game will feature three new multiplayer modes along with the Fragile Alliance mode from the first game. Players will also be able to try the Undercover Cop, Cops & Robbers and Arcade modes.
In the meantime, check out the debut trailer for the game below, released in December.
