See what tracks made the cut inside.
When Green Day: Rock Band releases, it will have 47 tracks spanning across four CDs from the group.
The list, which comes from a preview done by Entertainment Weekly, shows that the game has three venues, one of which features two CDs.
Dookie, American Idiot, Nimrod and 21st Century Breakdown will all be included in the game. While only 12 songs from 21st Century Breakdown will be in the game, the other six are already being offered as DLC for Rock Band and will be able to be imported into the game.

Old-school fans (like me) won't like the lack of Kerplunk!, particularly 2,000 Light Years Away and Christie Road.

Better than aerosmith, van halen.

Aerosmith and Van Halen at least had fun guitar licks to play. Green Day's been milking those same three chords for 20 years

This game has only 12 more tracks than GH80'S. It doesn't even have anything from associated bands or label-mates. Why isn't this DLC again?

Why don't they use good bands like Iron Maiden, not garbage like this lot

No, it's not DLC. The only DLC are the six songs that are already DLC from "21st Century Breakdown". The rest of this is a new, physical media game.
And the song selection SUCKS.

you forget that this game is for the rockband brand which tries to focus on overall band not just "fun guitar licks." if you want to play songs with awesome solos or riffs, you should be playing the guitar hero brand.
although, i would have liked for more variety of songs on the game (who wrote holden caulfield, jar, walking contradiction, 86, jinx, grouch, green day, dominated love slave, etc), i can only imagine they did this so that they can eventually add more as dlc, just like the beatles game.
