Modern Warfare 3's Dedicated PC Servers Unranked

Admin can control unlocks.
Modern Warfare 3's dedicated PC servers will not be ranked, according to Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling.
Bowling announced this in a recent post answering questions about the game. He added that consoles will not have any options for dedicated servers.
The admin of each server will be able to control unlocks.
Bowling said that the decision was made due to problems the first Modern Warfare had with private servers.
"Public is about progression, private is about control," Bowling said.
