The economy of the European Union has been uncertain for months now and a new change may be affecting game developers.
The EU is considering not renewing the tax incentive for game developers.
If this happens, Quantic Dream, the developer of Heavy Rain, said they will move its operations to Canada, which is still offering incentives. No other company has spoken out yet, but don't be surprised if others follow suit.
