Need For Speed: Most Wanted Demo Available Today
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 11.13.2012

Electronic Arts Inc. and Criterion Games announced today that the single-player demo for Need for Speed: Most Wanted is now available for download.

The demo is available for free download on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live.

The game puts you into the open world of Fairhaven City. It starts with players behind the wheel of the Aston Martin V12 Vantage. Throughout the demo, gamers can jack into three additional cars placed in different areas in the city of Fairhaven including: the Porsche 911 Carrera S, the Audi R8 GT Spyder, and the Ford Focus RS500. Any car you can find, you can drive. Each car has its own unique races, challenges and mods available to unlock.

The Autolog 2 puts the social competition in to the gaming experience by tracking and comparing everything players will do against their friends and also offers gameplay recommendations and challenges throughout the open world. New players can achieve up to 50,000 Speed Points in the demo, and all your points will be carried over into the full game to get a head start.

EA says the game will feature seamless, nonstop multiplayer, with no menues or lobbies. The game has a continuous playlist of different events with endless rewards.

The game is currently availble for Xbox 360, PS3, PC, PS Vita, Apple mobile devices, Kindle Fire devices, and Android.
