The program lets "ambassadors" assist XBL member in forums and chats. Participants in the program earn XP for helping out, which can be redeemed for Microsoft Points, avatar items and more.
The newest levels, 11-15, add new avatar items, ilomilo, Xbox Live subscription extension, Microsoft points and a few more goodies.
