THQ Franchises May be Sold Separately to Publishers

Bidding held until Jan. 15.
All THQ franchises may not remain with the Clearlake Capital Group.
The group has agreed to sell THQ titles separately to interested buyers, one of which is Electronic Arts, according to Polygon.
Clearlake Capital will hold bidding until Jan. 15, but Distressed Debt Investing has stated that Judge Marry F. Walrath will look at possibly changing the timeline of the bidding during a hearing held today.
During last Friday's hearing, Judge Walrath told all parties to "talk with one another to work out issues" before today. However, no agreement was reached.
