New Xbox Console Said to Have Siri-Style Voice Recognition Technology
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 02.07.2013

The Verge reports that the new Xbox console will have Siri-style voice recognition.

The next-gen Xbox will also reportedly have the ability to power on the console using voice commands, ask the device questions, and use speech-to-text sevices to write messages.

The Kinect sensor will also reportedly detect individuals in a room and recommend appropriate multiplayer games. Users will also be able to resume videos where they left off by using voice commands and also be able to ask the device what game friends are playing.
