Batman: Arkham City Follow-Up Coming This Year?
Posted by Joseph Lee on 02.12.2013

Superhero Hype reports that during a 2012 Q4 Earnings conference call, it was revealed that the follow-up to Batman: Arkham City will be released this year.

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer John K. Martin said: "We also have a strong games release this year, which will include the next release in the Batman Arkham franchise. So all in all, we expect Warners to post another very strong year in 2013."

It was reported earlier this year that the game would feature the Justice League, Batman and Joker's first meeting and a heavy influence from the "Silver Age" comics of the 1950s.

It was rumored that Warner Bros wanted the Justice League in the game to build awareness for the eventual film.
