New Assassin's Creed Title Possibly in Development for PS Vita

Will it be similar to Liberation?
VGLeaks reports that Ubisoft could be developing a new, original Assassin's Creed title for the PlayStation Vita for a 2013 release.
The report stated, "Bet for a Vita one in 2013. We'll have to wait a little more, but this year we'll see two AC games, that's for sure." Ubisoft already announced Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag earlier today.
In 2012, Ubisoft also released an original PlayStation Vita spinoff of the franchise along with Assassin's Creed III, Liberation, which featured the first female assassin protagonist of the series Aveline de Grandpré.
