Saints Row 4 to Release in August?

Game is rumored to hit current-gen consoles...
Rumor places the release of Saints Row 4 at the end of this summer. Franchise designer Chris Stockman posted to Twitter the following message at the beginning of February, spurring the initial rumors:
Hey just to let you know word around the campfire is Saints Row 4 is shipping on current gen consoles in late August
This was supported by Deep Silver, who owns the license and tweeted the following tease:
Dear Media: You're going to want to be at PAX East this year. If not, you're going to be missing out on something HUGE. Just FYI
PAX East 2013 will take place from March 22nd through the 24th, so we'll find out the truth then.
