Plans to add 500 jobs.
Ubisoft has announced a strong push for online games being made in Quebec.
The company expects to add 500 jobs to the area by 2020, bringing the total number of employees up to 3,500 that work on online aspects and motion capture, among other things.
The new positions will fill standard roles in companies, along with "community and network management specialists, business intelligence analysts, mathematicians, telemetry experts, systems operators, and monetization and interactive marketing specialists."
The overall investment will be around $362 million USD, but tax breaks will help the company.
