The game is doing well...
Konami is happy with the sales numbers for the new Metal Gear Solid. The company announced that Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes has sold one million retail copies since it released last month. That number is a worldwide number and only includes physical copies as opposed to digital sales. The game was available digitally via PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
The company also confirmed that in celebration of the mark, the game's PlayStation exclusive Déjà vu mission will be made available free to all players starting in a title update scheduled for May 1st.
The game already has a follow-up set; Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will release either later this year or early next year.
