New Super Smash Bros Game To Include Pac-Man
Posted by Joseph Lee on 06.11.2014

At E3 in Los Angeles, Nintendo announced that Namco Bandai's Pac-Man will be on the roster for the new Super Smash Bros. games for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. This means that Mario, Mega Man, Sonic the Hedgehog and Pac-Man will be in one game for the first time ever. The game will be released on the Nintendo 3DS on October 3 and on the Wii U during the 2014 holiday season.

Pac-Man will usually stay in a humanoid form but during certain attack moves he'll transform into the yellow round shape he had when the arcade game debuted in 1980. He also eats power pellets and throws fruit.

Developer Masahiro Sakurai revealed more game features, including the ability to customize each character with 12 unique attacks and three types of equipment (with skills to enhance offense, defense and speed). Mii characters can be customized with martial arts, shooting or swordplay skills. You can create or customize your Mii and then have them fight the classic video game characters or other Miis. Players can fight with their Mii characters ,team up with them in fights or change their fighting characteristics. The amiibo figures learn from each fight and adapt.
