Capcom Creating Playstation Home Environments For Top Franchises
Posted by James McGee on 03.05.2009

It seems Capcom is embracing PlayStation Home, as they have developed two environments for Sony's interactive community. Areas based on Resident Evil 5 and Street Fighter IV will allow players to interact with fellow fans in 3D environments inspired by the game.

The RE5 area will be modeled after a movie set, and will give gamers the chance to unlock items and costumes for the game's two main characters. Players will also be able to launch co-op games through the Home environment. The Resident Evil 5 Studio Lot is slated to launch around the game's release date later this month.
