Is this game looking super or not?
The upcoming Superman Returns video game looks to combine elements of Grand Theft Auto and the recent Spider-Man games, allowing you to control the hero in the city of Metropolis. The game follows much of the movie storyline but also adds in items from Superman's comic history. Much of the game revolves around the city itself and Superman's role in preventing it from destruction. Tiburon maintains Superman's powers in a way that makes sense. Metallo, Lex Luther, Bizarro Superman, and other enemies are constantly trying to destroy the city.
Superman's health is monitored by two meters, one displaying Superman's constantly regenerating adrenaline and the other measuring Metropolis's health. Superman must use his strength and power to keep Metropolis from destruction.
