Well, Jennifer Love Hewitt is here, the 4th week, to claim a title that only two other have before her in the Movie/TV section. The Hall of Bang. Jesikah Maximus gave it a go but came up short, losing 9 votes to JLH's 22. This week Love takes on the number one contender, Jayonna Fabro! Jayonna beat Cubana Lust 9 votes to 4 last week. CELEBRITY TWITTER-A-GO-GO!
What the? Ashton Kutcher took to Twitter to slam rumors that he cheated on Demi Moore. "I think Star magazine calling me a "cheater" qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees," he wrote. "STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind "freedom of the press" when you are writing fiction." Star reported that an eyewitness saw Ashton "kissing and groping a hot young blonde by an out-of-the-way bathroom at Italian restaurant Madeo in L.A. Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her," the source told Star. "I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn't Demi." Ashton's rep denied the story. For the first time ever, I'm actually on Ashton's side. Weird.

Alright, let's get to the actual Hollywood 5 & 1. I go through 5 things out of Hollywood this past week that made me scratch my head plus our "& 1" Model of the Week! Let's go!



Spencer Pratt VS. Lindsay Lohan
Last week I promised you a special VS., and her it is! My problems with Spencer Pratt are well documented. From the start, I've seen him for he truly is. A pathetic leech, addicted to fame, and will go to any depths to keep the small shine of the tabloids on him. He's not interested in true fame and glory. He just wants attention. Back in the day he wouldn't be a footnote, but thanks to reality television, celebrity obsession, and social media, he's lingered for far too long.

But no more. Today you have a choice to take away this parasite. At least in ONE outlet. The Hollywood 5 & 1. Will it change the world? Of course not. But this place will be a lot nicer.

But wait. This is a VS! I said it would be a mystery, but no more! Today YOU decide who gets banned! When it comes to celebrity wrecks, who better than Lindsay Lohan? She's done jail, rehab, boy drama, girl drama, arrests, car accidents, family problems, meltdowns, failed music career, poorly received movies, complaints about her professionalism, and just about anything else you can think of. She's been a staple of the 5 & 1, and while losing her would be a blow to my content, if it your wish, then it shall be granted.

So this is it. Whoever gets the most votes is OFFICIALLY BANNED from the 5 & 1! But I do reserve the right to mention in the event of a major news story. Outside that, two will enter...one will be BANNED!

Lohan: For the Last Time?
Let's throw her in one more! In the upcoming issue of Vanity Fair, Lohan acknowledges making mistakes in the past and "dabbling in certain things." **WINK** In a July interview with the magazine before she served 14 days in jail followed by 23 days of inpatient rehab, she defended her actions, saying she was young and curious and was associating with the wrong people. "So many people around me would say they cared for the wrong reasons," Lohan said. "A lot of people were pulling from me, taking from me and not giving. I had a lot of people that were there for me for, you know, the party." What the hell is she talking about?

Despite being in the dumps, Lohan is confident in her acting abilities and future: "I don't care what anyone says. I know that I'm a damn good actress." Yes. She was a fine actress while in court. She says she'll do whatever it takes to fix her party-girl image. "I want my career back," she said. "I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It's not fun anyway." Doing great movies? Are you sure she was sober for that interview. Whatever comes Lohan's way, she'll find a way to crash and burn.

Paris: BANNED!
Looks like we have a little theme going this week! Paris Hilton was banned from two Wynn resorts on the Las Vegas Strip, and her boyfriend was dismissed as a nightclub partner following their arrests in a vehicle that police said reeked of marijuana. Wynn Resorts Ltd. spokeswoman Jennifer Dunne told The Associated Press that Hilton is barred from Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Meanwhile, boyfriend Cy Waits was "separated" from his job after less than a week as top managing partner of the Tryst Nightclub at Wynn and XS The Nightclub at Encore, Dunne said in a statement.

The moves come after Hilton was arrested for investigation of felony cocaine possession. Yeah, thanks for waiting until AFTER my deadline to do that Paris. And while she was crying "INNOCENT!"...what do we have here? About a month and a half ago, Hilton couldn't help but brag about her sparkly new designer handbag. "Love My New Chanel Purse I got Today. :)," she wrote on her Twitter page under a photo of the purse. A photo of the heiress during the traffic stop just prior to her arrest last weekend in Las Vegas shows Hilton clutching a black Chanel purse that looks very similar to the one she swooned over on Twitter. When a small baggie of cocaine allegedly fell out of her purse, she told police that she borrowed it from a friend. WHAT? Could Paris be...**GASP**...lying? I'll say this, if Lohan gets banned, I have a new wreck to focus on!



She's already been to jail. Take THAT Lindsay!

This is one match up that I want to see! Michael Lohan is trying to put an end to allegations he fathered an illegitimate daughter 15 years ago and to clear his name, he's turning to the expert in baby daddy DNA drama...Maury Povich! Sources told TMZ that Lohan is currently talking to "Maury" producers about going on the show and taking a paternity test to prove he never impregnated Kristi Kaufmann, who claims she had an affair with Mike in the '90s. Lohan told TMZ that Kaufmann has demanded child support in the past and even changed the child's birth certificate to bear Michael's last name.
