BEFORE WE BEGIN...
I'm Steve Gustafson and we're back for another week of celebrity gossip, hot women, and goofy fun. I read through all the tabloid magazines and gossip sites so you don't have to. Final one of 2011!

Here's the part where I take a quick second to thank you, the reader, for taking a couple moments to read, skim, or do...whatever it is you do with my column. Like I've mentioned numerous times, 411mania.com has something for everyone. If you want deep content, we got that. If you want debates, we got that. So what's the harm in a column that combines some celebrity gossip and pictures of hot girls? None. Week in and week out you guys provide me with laughs with your comments. I've gotten to know a large number of you through email, Twitter, and Facebook; and I appreciate that. I had an incredible 2011. Probably the best year of my life. 2012 looks to be even greater and I hope you, your friends, and your family have the same kind of happiness that I have. Thanks again.

ROAD TO AVN!
The excitement is building as we move closer and closer to the AVN Awards in January! This past week I was able to chat with AVN Awards co-host Bree Olson! Bree and Sunny Leone will be teaming up to move the action along all night. Olson entered the adult industry in November 2006 and has never looked back! 2011 was an exciting one for Bree, besides leaving the industry you might have heard about her and a certain Charlie Sheen. Bree was nice enough to answer some questions about AVN!

Steve Gustafson: Hi Bree! Thanks again for doing this. What was your first reaction when you heard that you would be co-hosting the 2012 AVN Awards along with Sunny Leone?

Bree Olson: I was excited because I left the adult entertainment world so quickly and thought this would be a great way to officially say farewell and also give a huge thank you to the adult world for which I have nothing but fond memories of. I am also excited about signing at the expo as well. It will be my last signing in that environment, and I really feel I owe it to all of the supporters and fans to be there and see everyone one on one.

Steve Gustafson: Wow! I'm sure you're breaking a lot of fans hearts! But what a way to go out! As far as the show, what kind of preparation do they give you in regards to hosting?

Bree Olson: I have been making my own preparations such as my vegan diet and exercising to look good for the show. I know Sunny is equally concerned. She called me the day of the news and asked what dress I was wearing. I informed her I'm not "that girl" and will let her know what dresses I pick out a week before show time! (Laughs)

Steve Gustafson: Awesome. Can't wait to see the dress! What's been the fan reaction to your co-hosting the Awards?

I am open to all types of creative projects and am a very open minded and multi-dimensional person, so I feel LA has a lot more to offer someone like me. It wasn't easy but she did it. Kate Upton was in one of the most difficult VS. matches ever and came out on top. To do so she had to beat out Sophie Howard, Monica Bellucci, and Emily Scott. And she did so in convincing manner, earning her way into the Hall of Bang with 38 votes to Howard's 14, Bellucci's 23, and Scott's 11.

Since it was a little unusual to have a 4-way, I did make the stipulation that the 2nd place runner-up would stay and face the runner-up winner this week! MYSTERY RUMP!

Alright, let's get to the actual Hollywood 5 & 1. I go through 5 things out of Hollywood this past week that made me scratch my head plus our "& 1" Model of the Week! Let's go!




NYE MONEY!
It's a tough life and you don't take a holiday if your a celeb working in the pop culture industry! While Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Coldplay headlined the opening of the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas a year ago, one of the big draws this year is Kim Kardashian at TAO inside the Venetian! TAO is paying the reality mogul $600,000 for a series of appearances beginning on New Year's Eve, according to multiple reports.

Hey, I love TAO. I hit it up every time I'm in Vegas. But c'mon. This year, Kardashian filmed several scenes for her E! reality show inside the club. Want to make easy money? GET FAMOUS!

"Having a good time on New Year's Eve doesn't come cheap for the bookers. The average New Year's Eve fee for relevant talent is $100,000," Jack Colton, a Las Vegas nightlife expert and creator of the popular nightlife website JackColton.com, told TheWrap. "An A-List celebrity moves up to $250,000, and for a major grab can go as high as $1 million. Your Lady Gaga's and Jay-Zs would be considered major grabs," Colton said. "It's a talent arms race, especially in bigger cities," added publicist Melissa Berger, whose clients include frequently booked Dancing With the Stars coach Karina Smirnoff.

Wow. Doesn't that just make your heart swell? While you're paying money to get wasted, our celeb's are getting paid big bucks to come out,wave, then hide in VIP. I don't know about you but I'm changing my American dream and signing up for a reality show!



Lawsuit!


NYE with Lohan!
Wondering what Lindsay Lohan will be doing to ring in 2012? Did you guess attending a raging party in Dubai? One overseas party planning company says that's where she'll be but TMZ has learned Lohan claims it's totally full of crap and now she's threatening legal action!

Her specialty! Sources connected to Lohan told TMZ that the actress was pretty peeved when she learned her name is being used to promote a massive NYE bash on the Queen Elizabeth 2 cruise ship in Dubai because it's simply not true. Word is Lindsay's legal team is pounding out a cease and desist letter, claiming she's prepared to sue the pants off the party people if they continue to lie about Lohan's NYE plans. Lohan's rep, Steve Honig, told TMZ, "Lindsay is not going to Dubai, nor had she ever considered doing so. She will be spending New Year's Eve in Los Angeles with a few close friends and family." Not surprisingly, the party planners have not responded to requests for comments.

Fresh Douche of Bel Air?
Count me in when they meet on Maury or some show like that! Janet Hubert, the first Vivian Banks, from the Fresh Prince of Bel Air won't be attending any reunions! Last week, some of the major players from the early 90s Will Smith show got together at a charity event, leading to speculation that maybe fans would be treated to an on-air reunion. Smith even posted a photo of their get together on Facebook, writing "Got the Holiday season started right with a Fresh Prince of Bel Air reunion...there's nothin' like spending Holidays with fam!"

Hubert was noticeably absent, and it wasn't a clash of schedules. "There will never be a reunion...as I will never do anything with an as*hole like Will Smith," the actress told TMZ. "He is still an egomaniac and has not grown up. This constant reunion thing will never ever happen in my lifetime unless there is an apology, which he doesn't know the word."

If you're wondering, Hubert was replaced on the show by Daphne Reid following the 1993 season when her contract ran up and she could not reach a deal with NBC. As she wrote in her 2010 memoir, she was only scheduled to work for ten weeks during the following season's production and was restricted by contract from other TV appearances, and could not make a living under those terms. During the highly publicized fallout in 1993, Smith blasted Hubert for her attitude. "I can say straight up that Janet Hubert wanted the show to be 'The Aunt Viv of Bel Air Show' because I know she is going to dog me in the press," he told an Atlanta radio station. "She has basically gone from a quarter of a million dollars a year to nothing. She's mad now but she's been mad all along. She said once, I've been in the business for 10 years and this snotty-nosed punk comes along and gets a show.' No matter what, to her I'm just the AntiChrist."

Wow. How did I miss that?

As she told BVonBooks at the time, "My departure was planned for a long time... There will never be a reunion of the 'Fresh Prince.' Will Smith and Alfonso [Ribiero, who played Carlton Banks] destroyed a 20-year-career with untruths. I got slammed. Will apologized later in an 'Essence Magazine' article, but it still lingers. It's still there." In an interview last year with BlackAmericaWeb, Hubert said that Smith was abusive and arrogant and made racial jokes to the audience. "I was a dark-skinned, African-American mother, and Will used to tell the you're-so-black jokes to the audience before the show, and at one point, I came out and stopped him, and the audience went 'Woooo,'" she remembered. "He didn't understand how unbelievably disrespectful that was to women like me...'Yo mama's so black, when she looks at her shoes, she thinks she's looking in the mirror. Ha, ha!'"

I think this feud is just waiting to get reheated!



I think they could writer her out of the reunion show.


Money Can't Buy Love. But it Can Buy Baby Stuff!
Must be nice to have friends who are loaded! Rachel Uchitel isn't planning to be a full-time breast-feeder when her baby is born, she's asking friends to buy her a $300 nipple pump instead!

TMZ also got the scoop on the other extremely expensive baby goodies she's asking for. Rachel, who announced her pregnancy on Twitter, posted a baby registry online recently, asking for a laundry list of newborn items. These include:

$500 high chair
$300 car seat
2 strollers. One for $400 and one for $1000.
$300 cashmere bedding.

Reasonable?



That kid is going to come out the womb already a douche!
