OK, who's greeting us this week? None other than Sophia Fiore! Sophia is not only greeting us but she stopped by the 5 & 1 headquarters for an interview! What's that? You're not familiar with Sophia Fiore? Let's fix that. She's one to keep an eye on. Sophia is taking the adult industry by storm with her toned body and sexually aggressive appetite. The 22-year-old's adult career is flourishing as a result of her free spirit and goofy personality, her passion for fitness, and her sexy, voluptuous body. Her exotic look derives from her Afro-Brazilian, Puerto Rican, Polynesian, and German heritage; the 5'10" Austin native, who now resides in Los Angeles, keeps busy shooting scenes, personally training herself and clients, and building her brand. Sophia's adult fame has only been mirrored by her passion for fitness, she continues growing both of her passions into an empire of female empowerment, using each success to catapult the other to the next level. Never settling, Sophia accomplishes her goals and then sets new ones, such as becoming a DJ or radio/TV personality and finishing her degree in Nutritional Sciences. This bodybuilding beauty is living the dream as she creates an emotionally rewarding and financially lucrative career in two health niches: sex and fitness.

Don't take my word. Check out her interview with me:

Steve Gustafson: Hi Sophia! Thanks for taking a few minutes to answer some questions for 411mania.com! You're obviously fit and take great care of yourself. When did you get so into fitness and training?

Sophia Fiore: I started modeling and doing runway when I was young. Being tall and naturally thin, it was easy for me. I liked modeling and wanted to pursue it outside of Texas and Florida. When I came to California, I went to a couple of modeling agencies to do just that. But modeling there was not the same. I was naturally slim, tall, and never had to diet too much, but the modeling agencies in California told me I wasn't skinny enough. Keep in mind, I was already at the time, a walking stick. They said they liked my look, but if I could lose 2 inches from my waist measurements, they would sign me. That--I'm sorry--is complete crap. In order to do that, I would borderline starve myself. I had nowhere on my body to even really lose those inches. Having that constricting body image in mind, I felt an urge to say screw what society and what the modeling industry says is beautiful. And screw their ideas of what I should look like! My dad was a bodybuilder and he began showing me how I could build the body I've always wanted - a strong and curvy body that I could feel confident in. Then I met other bodybuilders, like my mentors Phil Williams and Joe Bustamonte. They saw how hard I was working and my jump of improvement in my body, and urged me to compete. I began competing and loved my body even more. It became an addiction for me.

Steve Gustafson: Wow! Your passion is obvious. The next question, that I'm sure everyone asks, is how did you get your start in modeling and then make the jump to the adult industry?

Sophia Fiore: I have always been comfortable and open minded with my sexuality, but I was not as comfortable with my own body. When I began changing my body and loving it more, I kind of wanted to show it off. Paired with my sexual nature, it came natural to me to begin nude modeling. While nude modeling, I met girls who cam or do solo scenes. Being comfortable with my sexuality, now my body, AND my love of being in front of a camera all made it was easy to start into it. From there, I began doing girl/girl scenes and boy/girls scenes while still doing photos and solos.

Steve Gustafson: Very cool. When I ask fans if they have any questions, they'll always inquire about a performer's feelings and experience during their "first time". I know you made your debut relatively recent, January 2013. How was yours? Nervous?

Sophia Fiore: I was definitely nervous. But the reason I was nervous was more so because when you watch porn, you aren't thinking "hmm how did she know she looked good from that angle?" or "how do they know exactly what position to get into next?" Having sex on camera is not the same as having sex in your bedroom. I was also nervous because I wanted to perform well, but I had no idea what to expect of the process of a shoot day. But the director I had was awesome. I feel like anyone that has their first scene with her, as the director, is super lucky. She made me feel really calm and sure about how everything was going to go. Then I wasn't nervous anymore. The camera is on, the director says action, and I perform. It was a lot of fun and I knew I wanted to keep going.

Steve Gustafson: You couldn't tell at all! What have been some of your highlights in the industry, so far?

Sophia Fiore: One of the things I love about this industry is that if you are open to it, you will learn things about your sexuality that you had no idea would turn you on. I love that even though I was always open about my sexuality, I have more of a "tone" to it now. I learned that I am much more of a dominant person than I originally thought I was. I used to always think I was submissive, but because of my look I was getting casted for dominant roles. Then when I would perform, I started to realize that I was a lot more into playing that role than submissive roles. But I didn't know that until I really dove in and tried it. So now even in my personal sex life, I have a better idea of what I want in a partner.

Steve Gustafson: Speaking of partner, what's your biggest turn off?

Sophia Fiore: A lazy person in bed. I hate that! Get up and move! Throw me around, talk dirty, change it up, or something! But the same sex every night without creativity is boring. Outside of the bedroom, it turns me off if a guy is too shy to make the first move. If we both know we are attracted to each other and its obvious, I don't want to ALWAYS be the one making the move to grab your butt or kiss you.

Steve Gustafson: Noted! You've participated in a number of fitness competitions. Is that something you are still doing or is your focus on adult work right now?

Sophia Fiore: Yes, I am getting ready for my next one now. I will be at EXXXOTICA in Florida, and I have all of my food packed up and the nearest gym in my GPS. I'm excited and ready to win. I placed 2nd in my last show, so obviously I'm pushing for better than 2nd place.

Steve Gustafson: That's awesome. OK, I used to do a segment where I asked a performer 5 things about themselves that no one would guess. I'll only ask you to name one!

Sophia Fiore: I am conversational in various dialects of Spanish and I am also conversational in Japanese.

Steve Gustafson: Very impressive! So what does Sophia Fiore do for fun?

Sophia Fiore: I love to do things out of the house. I love going hiking and going to the beach. But sometimes I like to have a girls night in sweatpants, watching Disney or Audrey Hepburn movies.

Steve Gustafson: That's not just a "girls night", I'll have you know! Because we're a pop culture web site, I have to ask if you there is any TV series you MUST watch. Anything you're addicted to see?

Sophia Fiore: I love Modern Family and Family Guy. I love comedies and those shows are hilarious to me. I have way too many references to them.

Steve Gustafson: Love both of those shows. Also, what's the last movie you saw in the movie theater?

Sophia Fiore: The last movie I saw was Raid 2 - action movie with amazing fight scenes.

Steve Gustafson: Nice! Anything coming up, scenes, movies, appearances, that you want to plug?

Sophia Fiore: Wicked Samantha Saint is Completely Wicked, Elegant Angel Caramel Hunnies, Primal Productions Ebony Queens!

Steve Gustafson: Staying busy! What's the best way for fans to stay in touch with your career?

Sophia Fiore: Twitter at @misssophiafiore and website misssophiafiore.com, Fitness @lookgoodnakedls website lookgoodnakedlifestyle.com

Steve Gustafson: Awesome! OK, Sophia, thanks so much for your time and all the best!

Last week Coco took on Arianny Celeste. Here are the results:

Arianny Celeste 79.58%
Coco 20.42%

OUCH! Arianny spanked Coco in this one. While I was sure she'd come out on top, I didn't expect a smothering in the voting. OK, FHM named Jennifer Lawrence their Sexiest Woman Alive. Cool. At number two was Michelle Keegan. That calls for a VS!

The return has generated rumors that Macdonald is campaigning to host CBS' Late Late Show. Macdonald's first guest back is Ray Romano and Norm is in prime shape.

Starring Ben McKenzie ("Southland," "The O.C."), Donal Logue ("Sons of Anarchy," "Terriers," "Vikings," "Copper") and Jada Pinkett Smith ("The Matrix" films, "HawthoRNe"), GOTHAM follows one cop's rise through a dangerously corrupt city teetering on the edge of evil and chronicles the birth of one of the most popular super heroes of our time. Executive producer Bruno Heller ("The Mentalist") wrote the pilot, which was directed and executive-produced by Emmy Award nominee Danny Cannon (the "CSI" franchise, "Nikita"). John Stephens will serve as an executive producer on the series.

Oh, Lohan!
TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan doesn't want to be asked about her miscarriage in court, although she used the incident as an excuse in her case. She lost a $5 million default judgment over her 6126 clothing line. She didn't file the appropriate legal papers so the judge made the call. She wants to appeal the case because she claims she had a lot of issues that prevented her from filing, including her miscarriage.

Prosecutors want to ask her about the matter while under oath but she refuses. Her lawyer said: "The court does not need the media circus that would ensue if counsel is allowed to invade Lohan's privacy and delve into her mental state regarding her sobriety and miscarriage."

Hmm...
