From Parts Unknown: well, it's just a terrible cliché in all ways. The idea that the future will be dominated by some form of bloodsport is an old one, the protagonist seeing his family in the stands and being redeemed is an eye-roller, and I winced at the name you gave to the Triple H character. But you know what? I have a feeling I'd enjoy the hell out of this. Stylized action flicks with unique visual settings make for great popcorn entertainment, and I think that's exactly what I'd see here.
The Bipolar One: Well you definitely made a smart move by distancing this from Lifetime movies. I enjoy the idea of there being chain reactions in how the characters' conditions affect each other. A common pitfall in this sort of drama is a static nature in character interaction.
Rent-a-Cops: selling yourself short via the name. Makes me think of a crass low comedy about bumbling security guards at a mall. Your actual idea is a lot more compelling, what with expanding the Office Space brand of humor to other jobs that need their humor highlighted. The main character you described seems very sympathetic and a good medium for all the absurd guards to play off of. I can definitely imagine laughing a lot at this.
The Magicians One: like the general idea and some of the casting. McAcoy and Redford would be good. Unfortunately a lot of the plot that you described was really offputting. The dream sequence is pure schlock and the explanation of the climax and end was just head-scratching. Started good but fell apart on specifics, and ended up as my least favorite of the lot.
Verdict: Rent-a-Cops!
