She actually did quite well in doubles play, winning multiple tournaments including a couple of grand slams.

Sign, dyno another member of the ignorant masses who has absolutely no clue about tennis, but likes to say Anna wasn't a good player.
Fact is, she never won a singles tournament but she won enough matches to be ranked 8th in the world. She was also a phenomenal doubles player. She could play tennis. And she played it better than most everybody when she was healthy and in her prime.
