[Movies] Spider-Man To Star In The Hobbit?!

Tobey Maguire apparently in talks...

Latino Review reports that Tobey Maguire is in "early stages of talks" to star as Bilbo Baggins in The Hobbit. He apparently has not been offered the role yet though, as again, talks are early. If he gets the role, Maguire would shoot Spider-Man 4 in the first part of 2010 and then shoot The Hobbit in the summer of 2010.

Latino Review has a strong record with these types of stories, as they broke similar stories in the past such as Brandon Routh starring in Superman, Jake Gyllenhaal starring in The Prince of Persia, and Aaron Eckhart and Maggie Gyllenhaal being in The Dark Knight.

If you guys had seen "Brothers" you would know that Tobey is actually a great actor. I can promise you he will get an Oscar nom for that performance.
