Rachel Uchitel sure seems to have a hold on Tiger Woods. In Touch Weekly reports that Tiger Woods is still seeing Uchitel almost daily and that the two have been sleeping together often, usually hooking up at her condo which is strategically just 500 feet away from Tiger's yacht where he has been hiding out for the past few weeks.

His ex will not be getting half a billion. Pre-nups are fairly iron tight these days and cheating doesn't change that. She will be getting what it says in her contract and it won't be for half.

That said, since she wants a divorce Tiger might as well do whatever he wants.

These athletes need to stop getting married. It's a dumb decision for about 75% of regular men, it's even less likely to work for the very successful men. Marriage requires two compatible people that are willing to compromise and are serious about making it work. And it obviously requires work on both parties as well.

I know most of my friends that have gotten married are going to hate it or are already hating it within 10 years. People usually marry for looks (which will fade) or sex (which will also fade) or because of loneliness/dependency issues (another bad reason, it's still going to be there but now you're just stuck in it with someone else). I said most, not all, and I wrote that on purpose because I expect a few marriages to go really well because I just know the people involved.

As for me personally, I know marriage would never work, and women intuitively know that as well as all my female friends tell me to just keep replacing with young twenty somethings and never get married. These are women that are married themselves but don't want me to get married. Actually, I'm all but certain I have better relationships with these women than their husbands, and I could sleep with them if I want, but I don't cross that line. But many men and women DO and that makes marriage even worse, as obviated by Tiger's case.
