[Gossip] John Stamos Talks About Extortion Case
Posted by Mitch Michaels on 07.14.2010

John Stamos says he met Alison Coss - the woman who, along with her boyfriend Scott Sippola, are now in court on extortion charges - at a club in Orlando, FL, not long after his split from ex-wife Rebecca Romijn.

Stamos said he first met Coss in 2004, when she was 17.

Coss and Sippola, 31, are now accused of conspiring to extort $680,000 from Stamos, saying they had photos of him with cocaine and strippers from the night they met.

Stamos said, "I was very heartbroken at the time." He said Coss told him she was on college spring break. He said Coss and several friends later came to his room, where they were "just hanging out" and "socializing." Stamos denies any romantic connection to Coss.

Coss, meanwhile, says two strippers came to the room with cocaine, and she took a picture of Stamos bending over a table with the coke on it. She said they kissed on the bed and later got into the hot tub. She said John offered oral sex, but she declined. Coss says she stayed the night.

Stamos got an email later, asking for the money in exchange for the pics. He said he contacted the FBI, because he "felt threatened, violated." Stamos says no such pictures exist and that Coss' version of the story is "simply untrue".
