[Gossip] Elizabeth Hurley's Divorce Could Be Expensive

She didn't do a pre-nup...
Elizabeth Hurley may be in trouble if she divorces. She never signed a pre-nup that would protect her $20 million fortune.
Hurley's husband Arun Nayar's is known as a rich dude, but he's got nothing compared to Hurley. The couple got married in 2007, which means Hurley had accumulated much of her wealth before they got together. But with no pre-nup, Nayar could be in line for a piece of it anyway.
While legal experts say he couldn't get half, he could demand to keep things like Hurley's house or some kind of settlement to allow him to remain in the kind of lifestyle he is now accustomed to.
A source told The Mail, "A pre-nup would have been a deal-breaker for Arun. He has his pride."
Hurley was spotted out with Shawn Warne over the weekend and reportedly spent a couple days with him at a hotel in London. Nayar was reportedly devastated when the pics hit the media.
Hurley later tweeted that she and Nayar were separated. This morning, she tweeted, "Painful, sad days. Arun & I separated for private reasons but FTR he has been a great father to our son Damian & will always be in his life."
Meanwhile, Warne is divorced but still lives with ex-wife Simone Callahan and their three children.
Warne tweeted after being shot with Hurley, "Sadly and unfortunately, Simone and I split up a while ago, our close friends and family were informed at that time. It is a private matter so we did not make it public. We remain friends and will continue to be good parents...Hope that clears things up for everyone who is interested."
