Actress to play Marilyn in Mockingbird Lane...
UK actress Charity Wakefield has been cast as Marilyn Munster in the NBC reboot of The Munsters. Deadline reports that Wakefield is joining Eddie Izzard in Mockingbird Lane, playing the sole member of the family who is completely normal. Izzard is playing Grandpa Munster.
The role was originally played by Pat Priest. Wakefield can next be seen in The Raven, while Mockingbird Lane is planned for a potential fall premiere.
