[Gossip] Charlie Sheen's Ex Avoids Jail on Cocaine Charges

Brooke Mueller won't go behind bars…
Charlie Sheen's ex was sentenced in her cocaine case today in Aspen, Colorado and avoided jail. TMZ reports that Brooke Mueller avoided jail via a plea deal back in March where she pled guilty to one count of cocaine possession (less than 4 grams). She was arrested back in December.
Prosecutors agreed to drop the other felony possession charge, which was with intent to distribute, along with a misdemeanor assault charge. Mueller was sentenced to one year probation with the case being transferred to California, where she lives. The judge also said that Brooke is prohibited from drinking ANY alcohol whatsoever during the year and must submit to random urinalysis.
