Avengers director adapts Shakespeare...
Here are the first images, thanks to The Film Stage, of Joss Whedon's adaptation of William Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing. The film stars Whedon regulars Amy Acker (Angel, Cabin in the Woods), Alexis Denisov (Angel, How I Met Your Mother), Nathan Fillion (Firefly, Castle), Fran Kranz (Dollhouse, Cabin in the Woods), Sean Maher (Firefly) and Reed Diamond. It was shot on a micro-budget in twelve days while filming The Avengers and premieres at the Toronto International Film Festival:
