[Gossip] The Situation Sues Promoter For $60,000

They owe him money...
TMZ reports that The Situation is suing a promoter for not paying him $60,000, since he charges $30,000 an appearance for Las Vegas nightclubs.
He filed the suit in Miami, saying he had a deal with a production company called Diversified Entertainment last year to make three appearances for the Vegas nightclubs Chateau and Gallery by June 30. The deal was "pay or play", meaning he would get the full amount even if he wasn't used all three times. He says he was only called in once before the deadline and only paid $30,000 of the $90,000 he is owed.
