[TV] Mae Whitman Will Be On The New Season Of Arrested Development
Posted by Joseph Lee on 09.13.2012

Hollywood.com reports that Mae Whitman will return to the role of Ann in the new season of Arrested Development.

She said: "I've always been like 'Oh I don't want to give anything away,' but I definitely, definitely wouldn't ever let this chance go by without being a part of it. I told Mitch [Hurwitz] that I would stand outside the sound stage until he would let me just walk through the background or something. I would say yes, you can definitely expect to find a little bit of Ann hiding in the background somewhere, at least."

The third season of the original series ended with Ann revealing that she was dating G.O.B. (Will Arnett) When he heard this, George Michael (Michael Cera) punched him in the face.

Whitman can next be seen in The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
