Not true...
The Providence Journal reports that Hasbro has denied any talks with Disney about a possible acquisition.
CNBC's David Faber said that Hasbro's advisors told him that there's "absolutely nothing going on that they are aware of at all, in any way, shape or form" involving Hasbro or Disney.
Those on Wall Street say it doesn't make sense, considering Disney just paid $4.05 billion to acquire Lucasfilm. For any deal to happen, Hasbro would have to end agreements with Disney's competitors.
