More works by the late sci-fi author set for film and TV...
The Hollywood Reporter reports that Electric Shepherd Production, the production arm of the estate for late author Philip K. Dick, has made a deal with Anonymous Content LLC to develop more of the author's work for movies and TV.
The deal includes an adaptation of Ubik which is set to be directed by Michael Gondry. Electric Shepherd is also developing adaptations of The Man in the High Castle, Now Wait for Last Year, King of the Elves, and Electric Ant.
Anonymous Content founder Steve Golin stated: "Philip K. Dick's works offer a wealth of ideas for writers and directors and we look forward to mining these imaginative works for feature and series ideas. It is an incredible resource to bring to our clients and other filmmaker relationships."
