[Movies] Sam Raimi Set to Produce Angelfall Feature

Based on a young adult novel...
The Hollywood Reporter has put out that Good Universe and Sam Raimi are teaming up to produce a feature film adaptation of Angelfall, a post-apocalyptic young adult novel.
Raimi and Taper have also picked up the movie rights to the entire Penryn & End of Days book series, of which Angelfall is the first installment.
Here is the official synopsis: "weeks after angels of the apocalypse wreak revenge against mankind for the killing of Archangel Gabriel. When 17-year-old Penryn fails to escort her mother and wheelchair-bound sister to safety, she teams with a handsome young angel with clipped wings, braving evil seraphs, human gangs and cannibals in a quest to find her sister."
Raimi will produce the movie along with Joe Drake. Nathan Kahane will executive produce the film.
