[Gossip] The Situation Suing Vodka Company

The Situation has filed a lawsuit against a company for whom he endorsed protein-infused vodka. TMZ reports that the Jersey Shore star filed suit against Devotion Spirits, who he agreed to endorse in 2010, saying that while he did his part in making the brand a success, the company didn't meet all the contractual compensations.
Situation alleges that while he did receive the 8% ownership stake in the company that he was promised, he has received the contractually-agreed upon additional 2% that was to be awarded at their one-year anniversary. He claims Devotion has tried to cut him out and looking for ways to avoid paying him, and alleges that they failed to give him a $400,000 "buy back" option for his shares their two-year anniversary, and further failed to make sure that he had the appropriate sales reports.
He is suing for his 10% share in the company and other damages.
