[Gossip] Lindsay Lohan To Be Charged With Three Crimes Today

Not counting the fighting arrest...
TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan will end up facing three charges today, not including her assault arrest early this morning. This will be a total of four new charges on the same day on two different coasts.
The Santa Monica City Attorney will charge her today with three crimes after her car accident last June on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica. She drove her Porsche into a semi-truck and lied to police, telling them she was the passenger in the car instead of the driver.
She will be charged with giving false information to a peace officer (maximum sentence of six months in jail), obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty (maximum sentence of one year in jail) and reckless driving (maximum sentence of 90 days in jail). When Lohan is arraigned in Los Angeles, which will probably be next week, the judge will revoke her probation in the jewelry theft case and will set a hearing to rule if she will go to jail. One condition of probation is that she must obey all laws.
Her arrest this morning in New York City could cause a second reason to pull the probation.
