UPDATE 1:TMZ is now reporting that Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry have come to a truce in their Thanksgiving day kerfuffle.
Berry's attorney Blair Berk left the court with a piece of paper that had this handwritten message: "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter." The statement came from Berk and Shawn Holley, attorney for Aubry.
ORIGINAL:TMZ reports that Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry, and Olivier Martinez have apparently called a truce over their kerfuffle that took place on Thanksgiving day.
In family court today were Halle Berry rep, Blair Berk, and Gabriel Aubry rep, Shawn Holley. Berk, Holley, and some other lawyers apparently spent hours trying to resolve the differences that led to the fight in Halle Berry's driveway.
TMZ reports that the appearance of Berk and Holley shows signs that a peace accord may have been reached. Berry and Olivier will reportedly not be present in court, so it is unlikely either side is asking for an extension of a restraining order since the key witnesses are not there to testify. Aubry was at the meeting with sunglasses.
The lawyers will speak with the judge about the terms of a settlement.
