[Gossip] Michael Lohan Wants Lindsay to Go to Rehab

UPDATED: It may not exactly be surprising information, but according to a friend Lindsay Lohan's latest drug and alcohol bender is because of some rather deep issues. Radar Online reports that Lindsay is on a downward spiral to cope with the issues in her life.
"Lindsay is full of anger," said a source close to the actress. "She's grown up in a false reality full of entitlement, 'yes people,' money and a family that enables her troubled behavior. The partying; the drinking and the drugs, it's her way of trying to cope with her mounting legal and career woes. It's like she's purposely self-destructing."
Lindsay has reportedly been druynk for days following bad reviews of Liz & Dick, with a friend noting, "Lindsay's family life and failing career is no excuse for her behavior, but she's more than happy to use it as a crutch to act out. So far she's been above the law in a sense, and without dire consequences she'll continue to behave irrationally. When she drinks, which is daily at this point, she acts completely out of control and doesn't care one bit who she's hurting in the process."
ORIGINAL: Not that he's the Father of the Year or anything, but even Michael Lohan can speak sense from time to time. Hollyscoop.com reports that Michael says he wants Lindsay to get to rehab following news that she's back into drugs and alcohol. As previously reported, Lindsay is allegedly drinking mass amounts of vodka daily.
"I just want her to go into rehab," said Michael. "I love her and I just want her to get the help she needs."
Michael, who has been calling for Lindsay to get held for a while now, added that he "has a spot waiting for her at Betty Ford" but admitted that she hasn't spoken to him since she cut him out of her life in October. He said, "I have called, but of course she has not picked up."
